Caipirinha recipe
Moby | 5/12/2006Well it took just one day to have my first modified/local version of my favourite drink.
in a blender add:
- 3 limes (washed and halved)
- ice to half fill the jug
- sugar (you can mix this to taste)
- Cachaca
- 5 or 6 Eucapyluptus cough lollies (clear colour is probably best)
Blend, adjust to taste, strain and serve.
Definately a different taste, and clears the head!

Drew | 15/12/2006What’s up? I found a spirit, Leblon, that I think is the best cacahaca out there. It won gold at 2006 world spirits award in SF. The rep taught me a good Caipirinha recipe too. Check it out. Would love to hear your thoughts:
Fruit Caipirinha
2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
2 slices of lime
fresh fruit of your choice in chunks
1 tbsp. super fine sugar
Place fruit chunks and lime in a shaker with sugar and muddle well. Fill glass with ice and add Leblon Cachaça. Shake vigorously and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a fruit slice and a cocktail straw.
