• plenty different Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wines
• Rhubarb
• Minties
• Pineapple Lumps

well today is the settlement day for my new house!

Crazy!

So its my last day in sydney. 17.x hours to go.

If one was organised it could be fun. Theres a million things to do..

check with conveyancer for what else needs to be done for settlement/payment
update ipod w movies/music
upload important docs to online. (cv etc)
get copies of passport et al.
alter kiteboard bag for pack connection
do Medical claims
Camera – find replacement
book NZ internal flights
Book NZ return flight
book return Japan flight
Check Upgrade status for NZ flight: or wear kitesurfing gear to airport.
Schedule DSL/phone/power connection at house.
change over telstra account at flat
sort out final bills.
send remaining paperwork to ma/pa re van
update rego.license details

deliver laptop to Suz
pack
clean
go to airport have a scotch!

Oh my, I can’t wait for work to be over.

Well Contracts have been exchanged today, Settlement on the 25th Jan.

I’m now a home owner. hurrah.

So as long as the last two pass with no problems I will soon be the owner of a house.

Saturdays Party was wicked, although the club had slipped a little since I was last there.

All in all a very large night.

Spent the weekend up the Hunter Valley.
It was an awesome weekend away, something I havent done in Australia in a while.

Did some wineries, with the addition of a bunch of yanks from the hostel we had quite a crew to take on the karaoke bar on the saturday night.

And checked out some property on the Sunday.

Well im back from Melbourne. I actually slept in and missed my plane down there. So was just a 1 1/2 day trip

And got confirmation of the guest list for next weekends party. Was kinda worried as the numbers blew out a bit. 45ish people!
So it should be a hum dinger of a party!

Cant wait.
